Is waterboarding torture? Can Gitmo detainees be safely kept in U.S. prisons? It's a debate that has deeply divided the nation, so much so that former Vice President Dick Cheney and President Obama are in the middle of an opposing war of words over the subject. Things have gotten so heated that it seems all reason has gone out the window.
