Man Robs Convenience Store With Beer Box on Head

LINCOLN, Neb. -- A man in Nebraska skipped the traditional ski mask during a convenience store robbery, instead donning a beer box over his head.

The unidentified man walked into a Kwik Shop convenience store before dawn Monday wearing an empty Bud Light box on his head, according to Lincoln police Capt. Bob Kawamoto.

He was apparently after cigarettes.

Health Officials: Worst of Swine Flu Over in California

LOS ANGELES -- Health officials say the worst of the swine flu outbreak appears to be over in California, including Los Angeles County where 43 cases have been confirmed.
