That is the issue people of color will ALWAYS have when being considered by a white establishment. period. It is why Latin Grammys, BET Awards, are important. We need an actors award established by people of color though. Hmmm, wsup with THAT?!

Halle Berry got an Academy Award for her role having sexual intercourse with a white man who killed her black husband. Denzel Washington got one for playing a savage, corrupt cop. It's not surprising that Monique, who is not an actress by training, got a Screen Actors Guild award for playing a sexually and physically abusive not quite human black female. If you don' t understand racism/white supremacy---what it is and how it works---everything else that you think you understand will only confuse you. Oh yes, Monique keeps referring to the reporters with "Baby", "Thank you baby." Mammies and animals and white men's whores. Yeah do that. Awards for that.
